There is currently no elected Committee but the people committed to making a musical happen this year are Steven Cooper and Ed Cooke. E-mail them if you would like to be involved in reviving the society.
I was involved in the society in various guises from 2000 to 2003 (Director, Choreographer, Producer, Cast member, Band member, Webmaster). I can tell you it was hard work, but lots of fun, and the society was where I made the friends that will last a lifetime. Although the website is no longer available through the University's society pages, fortunately I still had all the files to put them back on the web, so here it all is!
Whilst looking through my files, I found the very helpful and detailed advice that that Tony John Penton, the society's Chairman in 2000, wrote after his experience in the society. I never got round to putting on the website, so here it is: 'Being CCMS Chairman' - better late than never!
